**Mission**

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance, you will join a growing organization in a key strategic role. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the procurement strategy. This opportunity will allow you to collaborate with various stakeholders of our business sectors and you will also be responsible for managing CIMA+'s corporate procurement portfolio of services and goods across Canada by supporting its business needs.

This position provides interesting opportunities to get involved in important aspects of the company's activities. Finally, you will have the choice to work at the CIMA+ office closest to your place of residence, to telecommute, or a combination of both options.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Set the strategic procurement direction to organize, manage, measure and analyze the purchase of goods and services
- Implement cost reduction strategies while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Develop and manage procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on improving the value and effectiveness of the organization

- Conduct a competitive intelligence on key markets, trends, suppliers and solutions
- Keep abreast of sourcing and market trends in procurement including sustainable and responsible procurement
- Lead the supplier selection process and negotiate agreements with suppliers and collaborative partners
- Contribute to the configuration of the new ERP system for the purchasing and procurement portion

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management or other relevant discipline
- Ten (10) years of experience in purchasing and procurement processes, contract negotiations and contract management, including five (5) years as a manager
- Experience in responsible purchasing with knowledge of procurement best practices
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Bilingual (French and English)
- SCMP designation (an asset)
