Electronics Assembly Technician

**Skills wanted as an** **Electronics Assembly Technician**:
- has significant experience and expertise in electronic circuit board manufacturing and assembly.
- is familiar and comfortable working with, testing, and evaluating passive and active electronic components, including signal level and low power semiconductors, ICs, micro-controllers, relays and display devices.
- understands and can administer proper electronic component handling techniques, including ESD protection measures.
- has worked effectively and efficiently with human assemblers, jigs, fixtures and machines in both thru-hole and SMT board manufacturing.
- is qualified and adept at hand soldering and can properly train, supervise and maintain production quality in the same.
- has experience in troubleshooting circuit board product, with special advantage considered for temperature measurement equipment experience.
- is able to read and interpret electronic schematics especially as they relate to product function and their respective production BOM (Bill of Materials).
- is able to set up and maintain test fixtures and equipment of general practice types, related to electronic manufacturing.
- is able to work with other assemblers and coordinate tasks to meet production deadlines and deliveries.
- is able to conduct mechanical assemblies such as as plastic enclosures, cable assemblies etc.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
