Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver safety training programs to clients
- Create and update training materials and resources
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide guidance and support to clients on safety-related issues
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations regarding safety

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in developing and delivering safety training programs
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage and train employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in fabricating training materials is a plus

**Salary**: $54,080.00-$62,400.00 per year
