We are currently seeking a Infrastructure L3 support to join our team in montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).
**Position Responsibilities**:
**Required skills: -**
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an operations support role.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, SQL, and general data transfer technologies.
- The applicant should also be comfortable with system administration of Unix/Linux and Windows infrastructure/Application.
- Scripting of operational administration tasks in Java, PowerShell and/or Python (preferred), Perl, Shell Scripting or other.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to network, databases, storage, security and operation systems.
- The individual should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high pressure situations for Incident and problem management. Be available for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
