Role Name: Senior L3 Production Support Consultant
Location: Montreal / Client requires Face to face interview
JOB DESCRIPTION:
"We are seeking an experienced L3 Consultant to join our team in Montreal The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Linux Python and DevOps CICD with proven experience in running and supporting mission critical software in production environments
Key Responsibilities
Linux command line bash etc. absolutely a must Should be able to Navigate directories Manage files Monitoring system resources Installing packages and managing services Running scripts and automation tasks
Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux Java and Python based applications
Issue management should be able to understand the criticality of issues and navigate through the ecosystem to get attention as per criticality of the issue
Deployment management should be able to deploy the fixed ticket into production
IT Ops Product Management
Scripting experience Python Shell BASH
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in production environments
Required Skills Experience
Technical Expertise
o Linux administration and troubleshooting
o Programing mindset
o Hands on experience with DevOps tools Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Git etc
Experience
o Minimum 8 years in IT with at least 3 years in L3 support roles
o Proven track record of managing mission critical applications in production
Soft Skills
o Strong problem solving and analytical skills
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Experience in financial services or banking domain
Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP
Certifications in Linux DevOps or related technologies
