**We are seeking a part time Dispatcher for Cambridge and Woodstock location.**

**Position Overview**:
**Location: Cambridge & Woodstock**
**Wages: $ 19.36/hr an hour**
**Shift timings: Rotational**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Record all the calls.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
- Receive and dispatch guards or FPIs.
- Assess situation and prioritize calls.
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner.
- Track and update call logs and data in software programs.
- Provide reports to upper management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2 years of experience as dispatcher or similar position in Security industry.
- Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management and customer service skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification or Diploma in Dispatcher course.
- Ability to work in rotation schedule.
- Valid Security License and First Aid level C CPR.
