We are looking for highly organized individual dedicated to laboratory technician to join our team At Artron we offer competitive salary and benefits package, dental and vision extended health insurance, friendly working environment and year end bonus.

**Duties**
- Maintain highly detailed records of the stages of development of tests and the final results thereof.
- Set up and run biological, microbiological, and biochemical tests and laboratory analyses to support research in pharmaceutical production, biotechnology, and other assigned projects.
- Complete experiments assigned independently, conduct data analysis and prepare reports on experiential results.
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect laboratory equipment and facilities.
- Operate laboratory equipment; contributes to laboratory maintenance.
- Perform library and online research.
- Deliver technical summaries of data with critical thinking skills to provide in-depth analytical explanations and interpretations.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or training in relevant fields, such as molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, immunology.

**Technical skills**
- Awareness to minimize the error rate of each experiment by less than 5%.

**Soft Skills**
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to put extra effort at work and collaborate with other employees to increase productivity.
- Ability to work with animals and animal materials.
- Multitasking and prioritizing skills are necessary.
- Proficiency of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
