You will be the guide the clients to do mix and match designs and giving them advice for selecting products. You will also be involved in most other aspects of running a furniture store like the knowledge of cashier machines and familiar with all kind of Microsoft office. **We offer** - Base salary plus commission with tier bonus - various training programs - Possibility to transfer to different positions and grow within the company **Qualifications** - Strong communication skills in both Mandarin (Cantonese) and English - Interior design background and/or proven experience as a Design Consultant - Successful sales record (not required, but would be a big asset) - Clear logic and meticulous work - Strong communication skills - After-sale experience if preferred - Network marketing experience is preferred **As a person you** - Are passionate about creating exceptional shopping experiences - Love design and have an interest in trends and style - Have a high energy level and are enthusiastic - Are easily fill in a new group to build strong team work - Are open to learn something new to excel at your job **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (preferred) - customer service: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Mandarin (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred)
