**Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance, service and installation of wind turbine service lifts, climb assists and other lifting devices within wind turbines
- Work in a team environment 8-12 hours per day
- Work at heights
- Accurately complete all documentation as needed for each task performed

Qualifications:

- Have a High school diploma or equivalent as well as mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical work background
- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- Strong electrical, mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are an asset
- Have a safety-focused mindset
- Ability to identify, assess and resolve problems independently
- Ability to work in remote locations across Canada for extended periods of time, sometimes with short notice
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule including overtime, early morning, evening, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and climb for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- Ability to operate power and hand tools confidently and safely
- Capable of working in adverse and extreme weather conditions
- Fall Protection/Working from Heights Certificate (Preference given for GWO-WAH)
- Standard First Aid Certificate
- Fire awareness and material handling Certificate
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize
- Ability Climb Wind Turbines
- Ability to work unsupervised

Compensation:

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
