We are currently looking for a **Front Desk + Housekeeping Supervisor** to join our team at **_Riverbend Inn_** in Niagara on the Lake.

**The opportunity**

This is a rare leadership opportunity that combines your prior experience in front desk and hospitality or housekeeping in an entry level leadership role at a boutique inn. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site experiences through best in class customer and teammate care. You will be supporting direct oversight of Rooms, Front Lobby and general property operations.

Join Andrew Peller's newest property, the historic Riverbend Inn & Vineyard in Niagara on the Lake. A 17-acre parcel of land on the corner of John Street and Niagara River Parkway in Niagara on the Lake is the newest addition to the Andrew Peller Limited's family. The beautiful and historic Riverbend Inn. Dating back to 1809 the property has a story that is rooted in family and tradition. It has evolved into the 21 room Georgian style-inn that has welcomed hundreds of guests a year since 2002.

**We are looking for a teammate with**:

- Previous guest service/ front desk experience
- Understanding of what it takes to complete housekeeping duties and some experience with supervising housekeeping staff an asset.
- Basic computer skills including word and excel
- Flexible availability including evenings and holidays
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- High attention to detail

**The Details...**
- Reports to: Boutique Hotel Manager - Riverbend
- Direct Reports: none
- Indirect Reports: PT Rooms & Front Lobby teammates
- You will be assisting in overseeing the operation of all on-site functions, with direct oversight over the front desk, housekeeping and front lobby.
- You will be responsible to quality check work of both front office and housekeeping teams to maintain quality standards in both front office operations.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer care and hospitality excellence as measured by guest surveys and destination rating services.
- You will be responsible for supporting recruitment, training, coaching and development of direct reports and part time team.
- You will support in coaching to front desk and housekeeping teams
