**Job description**

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will provide guests with the best possible service and experience by ensuring that all hotel areas meet the highest standard of cleanliness. You will also create a warm and friendly environment by providing exceptional customer service to guests and fellow coworkers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in supervising the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
- Train and coach housekeeping team members to go above and beyond IHG standards.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and assign daily cleaning schedules.
- Perform opening and closing duties of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure there is a seamless communication with front desk and the maintenance departments.
- Perform all other duties as directed by or assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience in the housekeeping department.
- Strong organization, leadership, and time management skills.
- A very high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
