**Human resources consultant**: Full-Time
Number of hours per week : between 32 and 40

**Become a r.h. generalist**
The person in this role will act as a generalist and will be responsible for all activities related to human resources management and labour relations in order to contribute to the smooth running of shop operations.
More specifically, he/she will:
- Advise and coach managers and management on labour relations and human resources management;
- Develop and implement talent attraction strategies using various technology platforms and social networks;
- Conduct the full recruitment cycle and promote opportunities in-store;
- Advise internal partners to select the best talent;
- Manage disciplinary files and complaints (provide advice and coaching to managers, conduct investigations, draft disciplinary measures, etc.);
- Exercising influential leadership to promote problem solving and conflict resolution as well as ongoing communication with employees and union representatives;
**Requirements**:
- You have a college diploma in human resources/administration, combined with more than five (5) years of experience as a human resources generalist in a unionized environment (any other combination deemed equivalent will be considered);
- You are recognized for your knowledge of the various labour laws and have business acumen;
- You are dynamic, have good interpersonal skills and are known for your ability to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- You have a sense of priorities, good organizational skills and demonstrate rigor, discretion and excellent judgment;
- You are autonomous and are known for your sense of responsibility;
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Power Point);
- You have experience in the retail sector.
