**Position: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**Location: Ottawa, Ontario or Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid Role: Combination of remote work and in-office **)**

**As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will**:

- Assists with the overall recruitment process including, but not limited to:

- Interview coordination
- Conducting criminal background and reference checks
- Preparing new hire documentation such as Employment Agreements
- Ensures timely collection of new Hire Documentation
- Provides support in maintaining recruitment records and metrics
- Manages the referral program with the support of the Talent Acquisitions team and internal stakeholders
- Aids in the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System
- Provides support to Human Resource Business Partners on an ad-hoc basis
- Assists with special projects as required

**We would like you to have**:

- Bilingualism required (written and spoken) in French and English
- College diploma or University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience or education preferably within Human Resources
- Ability to work under pressure generated by short deadlines
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Is attentive to detail and accuracy is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.
- Customer service skills
- Innovative and willing to share ideas openly
- Willing to be collaborative with all internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills within the HR function
- Have a great sense of humor
