**Overview**
At Titan Tree Service, we’re committed to providing expert tree care with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We serve residential and commercial clients, offering services including tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, and emergency cleanup.

We’re growing and looking to add hard-working, reliable Field Workersto our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and is eager to grow in the tree care industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in tree removals, trimming, pruning, and stump grinding
- Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and hand tools
- Support climbers and equipment operators during jobs
- Clear brush, branches, and debris from job sites
- Load and unload tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and on uneven terrain
- Ability to operate chainsaws, pole saws, and other hand tools safely (training provided if needed)
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Physically fit and capable of working long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of tree species and common tree care practices is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take direction from crew leaders and arborists
- Must adhere to safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction is helpful—but not required

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
