**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

The VP of Finance will oversee all financial matters for the organization by managing the financial and operational aspects of the company’s strategy, planning and budgeting. They will serve as the financial advisor to the CEO, senior leadership and Board of Directors team.

**DETAILED DUTIES**
- Oversee all facets of accounting, financing, treasury, taxation and internal controls.
- Develop appropriate tracking methods and detailed reporting of revenue and expenses.
- Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company.
- Create reliable cash flow projections and a reporting structure to meet operation needs.
- Review metrics to identify and address issues affecting overall performance.
- Manage the company’s compliance with regulatory matters.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure the company revenue and earnings meets target.
- All of duties typical of a VP of Finance

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Proven work experience as a VP of Finance or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance and other regulatory matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Professional certification - CPA
