**What You’ll Do**:
The Project Manager is responsible for holistically managing installation and build projects from start to finish. They will be responsible for leading and coordinating the fabrication and installation of branded spaces, builds and renovations that Playbook is tasked with. They will need to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget and meet our quality standards and best practices. The Project Manager will also be responsible for liaising and coordinating with both internal divisions (Designers, Shop and Accounts teams) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, venue contacts, trades, etc) to ensure all aspects of build projects are kept on track and streamlined properly.

**Day-To-Day Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain detailed project calendars (inclusive of build and installation schedules) for individual builds that will be utilized by the shop team.
- Coordinate with Shop Team and Account Team to ensure project calendars and any other necessary documents are prepared for fabrication and installation activities. Keep up to date with shop and account team program leads to ensure projects are kept on track
- Assist in creation and management of project budgets. Monitor and ensure builds are completed and do not exceed budget
- Oversee quality control of shop fabrication and onsite installation activities
- Coordinate all aspects of job installations including; the shipping of built assets, build materials, and tools to installation sites. As well as all travel and accommodations for installation team
- Read and interpret 3D Renderings, build drawings, and floor plans.
- Ability to travel to job sites to lead build projects and/or meet stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are accounted for and expectations are being met.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 - 6 years’ installation management experience managing a diverse operation with multiple business units preferably in the Events or tradeshow/display industry
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with construction or project management theory and practices preferred
- Experience with planning, implementing and managing the activities of an installation team through training, scheduling and best installation techniques
- Ability to lead a team with confidence and positive energy in order to create alignment among all stakeholders and maintain a productive and well-motivated work environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and practice of basic tools, use of materials, and installation process
- Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Highly experienced in managing multiple projects of various sizes and switch tasks while adapting to changing priorities
- Enthusiastic self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Industrial and Environmental Design skills/training considered an asset
- Adobe Suite and 3D modelling software skills also considered an asset

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Playbook driving standards
- Flexible schedule to be able to work evenings and weekends, if necessary
- Post secondary education and/or trade school training considered an asset

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
