**Project Manager - Architectural Cladding**

Alumax Panel is a supplier and installer of architectural cladding material with a focus on Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and Siding. We are looking for a driven, organized, and detail oriented person to manage and coordinate projects involving metal cladding systems for large construction projects. You will be working with construction crews, architects, builders, developers, and building owners. The person must have previous similar experience with a technical view on cladding, building envelops, as well as rainscreen systems.

**COMPETENCIES**:

- At least 4 years of construction project management experience.
- Cladding knowledge including building envelope knowledge specifically rainscreen systems.
- Proficient knowledge of Ontario Building Codes and ability to read construction building plans.
- Valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Must be able to work independently, set goals, and be proactive.
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and schedules.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple large groups of people.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Control and keep track of project budget.
- Plan and control project schedule.
- Plan and issue purchase orders requests for materials required for projects.
- Establish close relationships with clients and provide the assistance/consultation necessary before and during project start date.
- Regularly visit sites and issue progress reports and deficiency list.
- Establish close relationships with trades and communicate with installation crews regarding project needs.
- Collect and ensure all safety documents are in place regarding each project.
