**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
- Working in accordance with Bradbosh policies and procedures as well as being open to learn new things

**Basic/Required Qualification**
- **Valid Driver’s License**will be given preference and ability to provide copy of driver’s abstract
- Experience directing a crew/Team
- Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to landscape construction and snow removal
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
- Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Required Qualifications**
- Skid steer and other landscape equipment experience
- Hardscape Experience required
- Previous landscaping and/or construction experience
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic
- Ability to grade accurately, lay sod, install paving stone and retaining walls and have great eye for detail.
- Valid Class 5 license
- Ability to drive truck and trailer an asset

**Working Conditions/Physical Demands**
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
- Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Cold weather, on-call during winter months
- Physically Demanding position
- Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
- Repetitive Motions
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 - 100 lbs

**Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow removal**offers competitive wages, and benefits after 3 months, guaranteed hours during the winter months with opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

- Landscape construction: 2 years (required)
- Foreman / Crew Lead Experience
