**Responsibilities**:

- Perform pre-productions runs/finishing jobs to ensure that product quality and product specifications are met.
- Set up and operate machinery according to safety guidelines.
- Monitor machines for malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Maintain accurate records of production data.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and take corrective action as needed.
- Follow safety protocols when operating machinery.
- Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and functioning properly.
- Check the order papers and that material is fully finished
- Confirm the order number on the fabric is same on the order paper
- Compare with reference sample and check quality and customer requirements. Example: Roll length, Roll weight and more).
- Must identify, mark and record all defects
- Prepare the fabric for packing (Rolling the fabric on the cardboard tube).
- Asses quality of the fabric
- Print and attach label to roll with defect details
