**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding of marine-grade materials such as epoxies, paints, and fiberglass.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for fabrication tasks.
- Conduct assembly operations while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Familiarity with power tools, spray equipment, and other specialized tools for marine finishing.
- Installing hardware and trim to complete the boat's exterior and interior.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.

**Skills**
- Proficient in reading and understanding schematics.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other tools used in fabrication.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, machining, and general warehouse operations.
- A sharp eye for detail is crucial to achieve a flawless finish on intricate surfaces.

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
