As a Home Comfort Advisor, you’ll work as an external sales representative, connecting clients with customized HVAC solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying sales experience.
- Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions.
- Follow up on leads provided by the internal team, while generating your own leads to maximize earning potential.
- Present detailed sales proposals to customers, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Attend pre-qualified appointments and close sales to meet or exceed weekly targets.
- Collaborate with installation managers to ensure a smooth transition post-sale.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and products.
- Provide outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Previous sales experience (HVAC sales is a bonus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- A self-motivated and target-driven mindset with excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
