**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Provide measurable growth throughout each quarter of business
- Managing guest expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain established quality standards, maximize profits and work to retain employees
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Manage memberships sales and ensure staff are hitting sales targets and membership goals
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
- Make sure the salon is kept sparkling clean, well-stocked and merchandised
- Delegate responsibilities, and establish priorities consistent with Cosmetic Culture objectives.
- Entrepreneurial, Flexible, self-motivated and driven with excellent people and communication skills, and sales ability
- Excellent at guest interaction and engagement
- You have led, coached and challenged a team of established professionals
- You have an ability to inspire a positive and collaborative environment
- You are definitely not shy. Your voice is heard. Your smile is contagious.
- Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and owners in a professional manner.
- Positive, punctual and reliable. Able to follow direction, also to take initiative
- High professional benchmark for the quality of service and knowledge delivered to guests

- Able to work evenings and weekends on occasion

Qualifications:

- Leadership/Management: 5 years - or a combination of education and experience
- Operations & Sales: 10 years of administrative execution and sales management
