**About the position**:
Currently, we are looking for a dedicated **Project Coordinators **to join our Security and Healthcare Technologies team in Victoria, BC.

The Project Coordinator assists Project Managers with billing, job binders, setup of job in paper flow system, permits, manuals, tender forms & any other duties to help with project efficiency and job organization. This role will require you to work in office and on-site.

**Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities**:

- Maintain bridge of communication between Field and Office
- Prepare project site and office binders/files and QA/QC files as required
- Data entry, minute taking, creation and distribution of report
- Price, extend, confirm hours submitted and data entry as required for extra work orders
- Make sure the site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, schedules.
- Track shipments for orders, track backorders, and keep on top of suppliers for delivery of materials
- Prepare O&M manuals and panel schedules
- Initiate, finalize, and extend project permits
- Help with tenders and submittal

**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum secondary school education
- Electrical or Computer engineering degree, diploma, relevant education or controls/security systems (access control, CCTV and intrusion detection) TQ considered an asset
- Work experience in the construction and/or electrical industry
- Experience in an administrative role
- High proficiency in MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project, are an asset
- Ability to read electrical and/or construction drawings, an asset
- Highly organized and high attention to detail
- Must be team player with good interpersonal and English communication skills
