**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Income Verification**: Verify the income and employment details provided by the applicant.
- **Appraisal Review**: Examine property appraisals to ensure that the property's value supports the loan amount.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed reports and documentation supporting the underwriting decision.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other departments such as claims and sales to support overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in loan underwriting, preferably in a loan processing company
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in loan processing software and financial analysis tools
- In-depth knowledge of lending regulations and guidelines
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
