**About You**

You are an experienced Mortgage Underwriter with 3 or more years experience. As a Mortgage Underwriter, you play a critical role in helping us make sound lending decisions and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. You are able to problem-solve, find solutions, understand financial circumstances and build strategies.

**Required Qualifications**
- Mortgage broker/agent licence
- 3 or more years experience in mortgage underwriting
- A strong understanding of A, B, and private lending
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with industry regulations and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage deadlines
- Proficient in excel, lender portals, and mortgage broker platforms (i.e. velocity, filogix, etc.)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Multilingual an asset

**What we offer**
- A base salary of $65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package
- A full-time schedule, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
