**Assistant Store Manager - Halton Hills**:

We are looking for Leaders who will bring innovative ideas an entrepreneurial spirit to be the lead in our ambitious success story. In this Assistant Store Manager role, reporting to the Store Manager of the Boston Store, you will be responsible for growing our brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts, with a focus on client experience.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- The overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis.
- Achieving high operational and merchandising standards
- The achievement of sales goals and maximizing productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed actions to achieve business results.
- Taking a proactive approach to business trends and needs.
- Setting a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and creating a premium selling culture.
- Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational.
- Lead the team in performing omni channel services and initiatives
