Solify a leading provider of Net-Zero Solutions We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Account Executive Sales Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our business growth by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our energy management sales consultants. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize various lead generation strategies to identify potential customers who are interested in solar products and services, primarily through cold calling.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in solar products and services. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings and address any questions or objections potential customers may have.
- Engage with leads to determine their level of interest and assess their suitability as potential customers. Ask qualifying questions to understand their needs, budget, and timeline for solar installations.
- Schedule appointments between the potential customers and the sales representatives. Coordinate with both parties to find a mutually convenient time and ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and appointments in the company's CRM. Keep track of interactions, notes, and follow-up activities to ensure a streamlined sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads. Provide them with detailed information about each lead, including relevant notes and background, to help them prepare for appointments.
As a sales assistant, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our experienced sales consultants. Once you have successfully set appointments, our sales consultants will take over and work with the prospective customers to close the deals.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential customers, build rapport, and convey the value of solar energy solutions.
**Persuasive Abilities**:Ability to articulate the advantages of solar energy in a compelling and persuasive manner, overcoming objections and generating interest.
**Sales Aptitude**:Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively influence and convince potential customers to take the next step.
**Customer Service Orientation**: A friendly and customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience for every prospect you interact with.
**Organization and Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments in a fast-paced environment.
**Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, persistently pursuing leads and maintaining motivation.
**Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and other departments, sharing insights and working together to achieve common goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Experience**:
