Develop and post engaging job descriptions that align with our brand and attract**top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify strong matches for our roles.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one.

**People & Culture Support**
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team on initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention.
- Assist with employer branding efforts to showcase our company as a great place to work.
- Contribute to projects that enhance our recruitment processes and tools.

**HR Administration & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records in our HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and company policies during the hiring process.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment/talent acquisition, or people support roles
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, and ATS software
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Confidence juggling multiple tasks and multiple open postings and adapting to change
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a bonus
- An understanding of employment standards and employment legislation regarding hiring practices is an asset
