We are currently looking for a full-time **Co-op Or Intern (One Guide Admin)**.

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Documents actions by completing forms such as issuing an invoice and printing surgical reports, logs, and records.
- Utilizes and conserves supplies and equipment in drilling sequences, maintains supplies inventories, and keeps equipment operating.
- Arranges courier service schedules, checks surgery dates, packs for shipping in and out, confirms surgery kits, etc.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, and implementing changes.
- Answers and directs phone calls, organizes, and schedules appointments and meetings.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- **Fresh Graduated is WELCOME**
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain professional appearance and adaptability
- Prioritizing time, communication and well-developed of negotiation skills and Goal driven
- Stress tolerance
