This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patientsThe Equipment Co-op responsibilities will include improvements in equipment management efficiency, development of troubleshooting guides and maintenance plans, implementing tool related aspects of a 5S program, and assisting in the organization and execution of infrastructure upgrades while working with the equipment and facility team.Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.Meaningful work you will be a part ofYou will engage in activities that develop practical and transferable skills such as:Assist in equipment efficiency and down time studiesAssist in the management of spare parts inventories and sourcingWork with engineers to develop maintenance plans and trouble-shooting proceduresAssist with calibration managementAssist in the organization and execution of infrastructure projectsDevelop equipment tracking and management systemsCatalog and organize a production hand-tools as part of Kardium’s 5S programDesign and implement fixtures and equipment to improve manufacturing processes using CAD softwareWhat you bring to the teamOur Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about creating cutting-edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives.
