Wilbrink's LAWNscaping Inc. is a **family-owned** landscape and property maintenance company servicing the Dundas and Ancaster areas. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is not afraid of work or winter to be a crew member on a snow removal crew. **This position may lead to full-time employment on our landscape or property maintenance crews this spring.**

Position Duties:

- hand-shovel and/or operate a snow blower on site areas as required (driveways, walkways, porches, etc.)
- respond promptly to snow and ice events
- hand-treat site areas with salt as required to prevent ice buildup

Qualifications:

- Previous experience preferred but we are willing to train
- Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Must have own transportation to and from the shop as we are not served by public transportation
- Physically fit with ability to repeatedly lift heavy loads
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
