**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plowing equipment, including checking fluid levels and conducting minor repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective snow removal operations.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to maintain safety standards.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks during off-season, including gardening, irrigation, and horticulture activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating snow plow equipment or similar machinery is preferred.
- Familiarity with excavators and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools related to maintenance and construction tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
