**Who are we looking for?**

Our office in Waterloo is looking to bring onboard a motivated Internal Communications Advisor, to develop and deliver internal communications plans for GHD’s global strategic priorities, with a particular focus on managing GHD’s internal channels, platforms and digital tools, and using data analytics to optimize communications tactics and campaigns.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Lead internal and external Commnications programs and projects as requited
- Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on industry best practices
- Regular review of Viva Engage to identify under-performing or outdated communities
- Ensure employee data is consistently and accurately uploaded into salesforce and Viva Engage to keep distribution lists and communities up to date
- Develop and maintain systems for monitoring, reporting and analysing data for all internal communications channels at GHD

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Highly organized and process driven
- High attention to detial
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of latest communication practices and trends
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications or business dicipline
- 7+ years experience
- Experience using Salesforce or Sharepoint
