We are searching for physically fit, detail-oriented, hard-working, and fun labourers to work alongside our awesome crew. After all, it's all about _who_ you work with

**_What _you’ll be doing**:

- Window cleaning and gutter cleaning using ladders, roof access or man lifts to reach the work area, general maintenance and labour.
- Everything we do is safe, but applicants should be comfortable working at heights of 15-20’ in their first season.
- Although there are physical aspects of the job the overall requirements are not extreme.

**Our _only _requirements**:

- Ability to hustle with a teamwork ‘Get ‘er done’ attitude
- Valid driver’s license (can be negotiated)
- Smartphone with data
- Ability to work at 20-25’ when needed

**Additional Assets**:

- Labour experience
- Leadership/management experience
- Window Cleaning Experience
- Currently collecting EI (for wage subsidy purposes)
- First Aid

**Compensation**:Pay is dependent on experience and attitude, but our minimum wage is $21/hour + bonus. $22/hour or more is very attainable and it goes up quickly as your skills progress. We are certified as a Fair Wage Employer in BC.
