**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation and cash transactions. You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. You will also handle social media and be comfortable representing House of Snooker as the face of our brand.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions.
- Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including cooking, assembling, and plating dishes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage pool or snooker table reservations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a food service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
