Our General Managers lead with their hearts, ensuring guests receive exceptional experiences while motivating and inspiring staff to reach their fullest potential. Working closely with our Operations Manager and Ownership Team, they solve problems, connect with the community, and drive continuous improvement.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $60,000 - $80,000, with bonus potential to earn up to $20,000 annually through our bonus program. Plus, weekly tips ranging from $8,000 to $10,000 annually.

**Requirements**:

- Management Experience: Bring at least 2 years of general management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- Openness to Feedback: Demonstrate a willingness to receive and act upon constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
- Positive Presence: Radiate warmth, professionalism, and inclusivity in all interactions, fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
