**Job Type**:
**Accounts Payable Clerk (6-Month Contract)**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices on a timely basis, maintaining excellent relationship with vendors, resolving any payment disputes and any other related duties as required.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Works in conjunction with the Receiving Department to receive, stamp and match invoices to merchandise paperwork;
- Keys data from invoices into the AS400 system
- Responds to vendor inquiries and follows up on all outstanding invoices
- Maintains files and performs general office duties (i.e. telephone inquiries, photocopying);
- Participates in month-end procedures including compilation of outstanding invoices
- Assists with the keying of expense invoices on an occasional basis

**What You Offer**
- Minimum 2-5 years of A/P, invoice processing experience
- Enthusiasm for sales and excellent customer service
