**Tâches**:

- Solliciter activement de nouvelles affaires et répondre aux demandes de renseignements afin de confirmer les événements rentables et d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes trimestriels ; sensibilisation et promotion quotidiennes sur les réseaux sociaux, sur le site Web de l'industrie, par téléphone et en personne.
- Effectuer des visites de sites avec des clients potentiels en mettant l'accent sur les installations et les services offerts.
- Finaliser les exigences des réservations confirmées tout en maximisant le potentiel de revenus par la vente incitative et en assurant une communication écrite efficace avec le responsable du banquet pour le succès de l'événement.
- Assurer la bonne exécution des événements de groupe en coordonnant tous les services nécessaires avec le responsable des banquets.
- Assurer une communication ouverte et effectuer un suivi régulier avec le responsable du banquet afin de répondre aux exigences des clients et de dépasser les attentes.
- Récupérer le paiement de dépôt et valider les exigences établies par le contrat.
- Accueillir les clients le jour de l'événement et suivre l'évolution au besoin.
- Planifier une réunion post-événement avec le responsable du banquet pour discuter des succès/défauts de l'événement.

- Faire preuve d'initiative et de créativité pour faire de la publicité et attirer de nouveaux clients.
- Compréhension approfondie de la planification d'événements et de banquets.
- Démontrer un esprit d'équipe.
- Capacité à fournir un service exceptionnel à nos clients et à nos fournisseurs.
- Avoir une excellente présentation et élocution, en français et en anglais, et des compétences relationnelles.
- Maintenir une apparence professionnelle et se comporter de manière mature et intègre à tout moment.
- Souci du détail et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement dynamique.
- Être organisé, minutieux et débrouillard.
- Solides compétences informatiques, y compris une connaissance pratique de MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Outlook.
- Expérience avec les médias sociaux et le marketing par courrier électronique.
- Capacité à travailler les fins de semaine et les soirs.

**Requirements**:

**Tasks**:

- Actively solicit new clients and respond to inquiries in order to confirm profitable events and meet quarterly sales targets; daily outreach and promotion on social media, on industry websites, by telephone and in person.
- Conduct site visits with potential clients with a focus on the facility and services offered.
- Finalize the requirements of confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue potential by “up-selling” and ensuring effective written communication with the banquet manager for the success of the event;
- Ensure the careful execution of group events by coordinating all the necessary services with the banquet manager.
- Ensure open communication and follow up regularly with the banquet manager in order to meet the client’s requirements and exceed expectation.
- Collect the payment of deposit and validate requirements established by the event contract
- Welcome clients on the day of the event and monitor the progress as needed.
- Schedule a post-event meeting with the banquet manager to discuss any successes / shortcomings of the event.
