**About the Role**

As the Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating staff, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Your leadership will drive team performance and help shape the culture of our midtown location.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Lead and inspire a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Revitasize.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including sales targets and budgets.
- Collaborate with ownership to implement marketing initiatives and drive store growth.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a foodservice or retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for health, wellness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
