Flou is a rotational molder and custom manufacturer based in Cobourg, ON. We specialize in creating sustainable products and hardware using both virgin and recycled plastic. Our product lineup includes water storage tanks, rain barrels, cold climate insulated tanks, and hydro/aquaponic farming systems. We offer a complete service from mold design to production and shipping, ensuring the highest quality standards and using FDA-approved potable water-safe, food-grade plastic.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Flou. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for various sales and marketing activities, including customer communication, providing exceptional customer service, sales training, and sales management. This role will be primarily located in Cobourg, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to provide sales training and mentoring
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
