Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work? Banff Caribou Properties is looking for an Employee Housing Assistant to help run our staff accommodations smoothly. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on tasks, including general and deep cleaning, inspections, and driving between properties. You’ll work closely with the housing team and tenants to create a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our employees.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Welcome and onboard new tenants, prepare lease agreements, and provide housing orientations.
- Conduct and document inspections of units and common areas to maintain high housing standards.
- Perform general cleaning and organize housing units regularly, and lead the annual deep cleaning of all units.
- Manage keys, parking, mailbox systems, and other housing logistics.
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS) and Dayforce, including payroll housing deductions.
- Support the housing team with correspondence, filing, and ongoing administrative tasks.
- Drive between housing properties as required to complete inspections, move-ins, and maintenance support.
- Participate in process improvements and other team projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to enforce housing policies professionally and discreetly.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities.
- Physically capable of performing hands-on cleaning, inspections, and other housing-related tasks.
- Comfortable driving between properties as part of daily responsibilities.
- Proficiency with digital systems (PMS, Dayforce) or willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including Saturdays and seasonal peaks.
- Driving Licence required.
