**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers warmly.
- Offer styling advice and personalized fashion recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and the inventory of boutique products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits.
- Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions.
- Handle cash and perform cash-handling duties with precision.
- Assist with merchandising and maintain visually appealing displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Upsell and cross-sell products by identifying customer needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for fashion, style, and customer engagement.
- Proven retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**HOW TO APPLY**:
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
