The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the administration of all documentation related to shipping/ receiving, vendor records, and customer payment. This individual also coordinates the inventory management process for the Distribution Centre. Will work closely with the suppliers, inventory and logistics team to schedule in-bound and out-bound shipments for the warehouse.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Administration of shipping/receiving documentation, vendor records, and customer payment
- Responsible for all aspect of inventory management including preparation, execution, and reconciliation of cycle count processes
- Respond to internal and external customer warehouse-related needs and inquiries
- Responsible for general administration work, including staff attendance records and ordering supplies
- Liaise with suppliers and the Inventory and Logistics team to schedule in-bound and out-bound shipments for the warehouse
- Other duties as assigned
**Experience that Best Prepares You**:
- 2 years experience in administrative support
- Experience in tire or automotive related industry an asset

- Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing across various functions and organizational levels
- Work autonomously with superior attention to detail
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Fast at computer navigation and quick to learn new systems
- Knowledge and working abilities of Windows Operating System Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
**Working Conditions**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, and must occasionally life and/or move up to 75 pounds.
