McKitrick Community School has a dedicated team that strives to make a difference in the lives of students as we believe that education is the door to opportunity and that every student can succeed. **Qualifications**
- Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
- Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset

- genuinely appreciate working with children and demonstrate patience, show empathy, and help make learning fun;
- possess strong planning and organizational skills while showing initiative ;
- have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work independently
