**Facility Coordinator**

**Centrefield Sports - 25 Midpark Cres, London, Ontario**

**Contracted Term - Sept 2nd, 2025 - May 1st, 2026**

**WAGE- $22/hr**

**Accountabilities**

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility; including but not limited to:

- Scheduling of facility, trainers and front office staff
- Undertaking administrative tasks
- Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
- Maintaining customer service standards
- General facility maintenance duties

**General skills and Abilities**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong computer abilities
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage time, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to follow and take direction
- Passionate about sports

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required
- Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry or office administration is an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to customer service are strongly preferred
- Background in sports and athletics is an asset
- 1 year of customer service experience in a related industry is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED Certification
- Police record check
- Must be able to lift 25lbs

**Hours**
- 15-30 hours a week (dependent on time of year)
- Evenings and weekends required

**Transportation**

Due to Centrefield Sports being off major bus routes, reliable transportation is required.

**Note: This is a contracted position.**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
