**JOB LOCATION**
- **Scarborough and Toronto (GTA)**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Familiar with restaurant's sources of suppliers; restaurant's costs and profit margin; shipping, deliveries, and receivers auditing concepts; Assists in compiling reports on procurement needs and related matter
- Upload and offload incoming deliveries from and when arrive at the dock(s)
- Prepare items for deliveries to daily restaurant operations based on requisitions or needs (Occassional or regular traveling to the location(s) may be required)
- Assist in communicating with suppliers or departments when issues or discrepancies of quality control occurred;
- Sustain adequate inventory level at all times; do physical periodical counts for the inventory listing and items and report shortages or discrepancies; ensure inventory storage is properly managed
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries of food products, beverages, equipment, and other restaurant supplies; Organize and maintain inventory to the designated storage areas
- Sensitive about the source's quality control checking; monitor expiration dates of the sources
- Able to work day and night shifts; work extra shifts and hours as required
- Hospitality or restaurants experience preferred
- Collaborations and other duties as assigned
- **English and Chinese proficiency are highly preferred**

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

- Inventory or warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bilingual (Chinese and English) (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G2 or G Driving Licence (preferred)
