Aggressive Transport Ltd. is looking for a dispatcher to coordinate resources for efficient delivery of time and temperature sensitive goods to customer locations throughout British Columbia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and communicate with drivers, customers and customer facilities and assign resources to meet customer’s daily shipping volume requirements
- Monitor GPS tracking on equipment to provide updated arrival and departure times at customer shipping facilities and delivery locations as well as ensuring accurate temperature settings for refrigerated freight
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of return haul loads
- Accurately input information into a software program in a timely manner and generate the necessary paperwork for facilitation of freight delivery
- Maintaining that all operational duties are carried out in compliance with all National Safety Code and Hours of Service regulations
- Uphold positive relationships with all drivers and customers

**Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and time management problem solving skills to be able to perform well under pressure in time sensitive situations
- Strong customer service skills and professional behavior
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work weekends and statutory holidays if required
- Proficient in working with Excel, Word and Outlook as well as being able to learn and adapt to other systems quickly
- Knowledge of Truckmate software is an asset
- Geographical knowledge of BC is an asset
- Reliability and Accountability are key values
