**What You’ll Do**

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the link between our customers and our service team - ensuring every guest receives **exceptional service** from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greet customers promptly and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Identify and confirm vehicle service needs through active listening and clear communication
- Present accurate cost estimates, secure approvals, and set realistic timelines
- Maintain strong **Hours Per RO** performance and track daily targets
- Monitor repair progress, keep customers informed, and follow up promptly
- Review completed work with customers, explain charges, warranties, and additional recommendations
- Identify additional service opportunities and refer sales leads when appropriate
- Maintain **high CSI scores** through consistent, quality customer interactions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively

**What We’re Looking For**
- **5+ years** as a successful Service Advisor (Toyota or other high-volume dealership experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed **Hours Per RO** and **CSI** targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with **Reynolds & Reynolds** (or similar DMS)
- Valid **G Class driver’s license** with a clean abstract
- A results-driven, customer-first mindset

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
