Caffe Fantastico is a bustling local family owned coffee company with 3 Victoria locations. We have an opportunity for an evening Janitor / Custodian to work with our company to achieve daily cleaning and care of our sites. This is an evening position, currently 3 nights a week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), completing janitorial duties to clean and close down locations. Shift times are 5pm - midnight but may vary based on events and scheduling. Full training provided and room to grow.

**Key Duties**:

- Cleaning customer and back of house flooring; mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning etc
- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, mirrors, walls, doors, sinks, toilets, partitions and floors
- Replenishing and restocking paper and soap supplies
- Dusting customer and office areas; ceilings, lights, vents, ledges, walls and other areas
- Assisting with janitorial support during special events; any special cleaning needs that arise before, during and after the function. (i.e. broken glass etc.)
- Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the locations
- Kitchen floors and equipment upkeep, identify and report areas needing maintenance to Custodian and performing minor maintenance tasks as needed

Own means of transportation required in order to get between 3 location.
