We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SuccessFactors Administrator/Analyst to manage and enhance our SAP SuccessFactors environment while providing strategic insights to support HR initiatives. This dual role combines system administration expertise with analytical capabilities to ensure optimal system performance, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with business objectives.
**Job Duties**:
**System Administration**
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and others as needed.
- Manage system security, user roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Perform regular system audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Monitor the implementation of SuccessFactors updates, patches, and releases, ensuring mínimal disruption to users.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with SAP Support and managed service provider.
**Business Analyst and Insights**
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to identify system requirements, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver HR-related dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze system performance, usage trends, and business needs to recommend solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Support workforce planning, performance tracking, and other HR initiatives with actionable insights.
**Process Improvement and Optimization**
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement system enhancements and automation.
- Ensure system configurations align with organizational goals and evolving HR practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and adoption.
**Job Requirements**:
**Education and relevant experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a system administrator, analyst, or similar role.
**Technical skills**
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules.
- Experience in global HRIS implementations or multi-country environments.
- Knowledge of HR practices and workflows, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.).
- Proficiency in creating and managing reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors Reporting tools (Table Reports, Canvas Reports, etc.).
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., APIs, SAP CPI, Boomi) and third-party system integrations.
- Knowledge of data management, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with security roles, permissions, and compliance requirements.
**Behavioral skills**
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to system improvements and issue resolution.
